Self Care Day Retreat with Tiffany + Amanda

Our afternoon starts with an opening circle where we will share our intentions and connect as a group.

Your body will thank you for the gentle yoga class to follow, focused on stress reduction and releasing tension. This class is accessible to anyone, no yoga experience is necessary. After we open our joints and get the body feeling good we will be ready for bodywork.

Each participant with receive 10 minutes of either chair massage with Amanda, or Positional Release Therapy with Tiffany. During this time we will offer a selection of teas and journaling prompts for participants who are waiting. We will also have tennis balls and foam rollers for self massage available.

The Icing on the cake is a sound bath. It's the best rest we know! A reset for the soul and the deepest sleep should you need it. Optional ear acupuncture is available.
