Reiki One

Reiki is a Healing Art that utilizes prana or qi, also known as life-force energy. Life force energy is in everyone and everything. As a Reiki practitioner you will have the knowledge and confidence to offer self-healing and sessions for others. Once you tap into your potential, there are no limits to the uses of the energy. Offering yourself or someone else a reiki session is a beautiful gift of intention and love. A meditation that shifts the vibration of both the giver and the receiver. In the Reiki Level I training you will receive a Reiki Manual, Reiki I certificate, and an attunement from Tiffany Lenau, Reiki Master. You will learn the history of Reiki, basic hand positions, and have hands-on time to practice with your fellow students.
