Kids Yoga Mindfulness + Art

This afternoon of yoga and creativity is perfect for your busy little ones. Our time together consists of a specially curated hour yoga class followed by a mindfulness art activity. A great way for kids to exercise their minds and bodies in a fun and peaceful environment. This is a learning adventure that your kids will thank you for and a little time off that you deserve.

Ages 5 and up, no yoga experience necessary. 

Registration encouraged so we can provide art supplies and snacks!
