Solar Eclipse Breathwork + Dance Journey

Our journey will begin with a short lecture about becoming the energy we desire through dance, freedom, and the combination of breathwork and meditation. After the teachings we will explore movement and dance. When we finish with the dance journey, students can expect more information on breathwork and the blessings of energy center meditation.

My name is Roberta Rose Shalifoe also known as Migiziikwe (Eagle Woman) . I am a meditation instructor, dance teacher through Indigenous cultural traditions, artist, and most importantly breathwork instructor. Breathwork is one of the most important practices along with meditation that I have been mastering for the last 5 years. I've studied under the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza taking part in his Progressive online workshops, as well as the week long Advanced retreats. and multiple Advanced Follow up retreats emerging myself in his teachings. Ever since I've made breathwork and meditation a way of life I have witnessed profound changes in my life biologically, energetically, and psychologically. I am so inspired by my own personal changes through this work that I feel the deep calling to share this knowledge with others.
