Chanting mantra is a powerful yogic practice which encompasses breath, philosophy, and devotion to bring peace to otherwise scattered, busy minds. Mantra brings mind, body, and the spirit into a state of union, or yoga. When mantra is practiced alone, it can be a simple, yet powerful tool to deliver you from the mind's chatter. However, when practiced in community, it allows us to have both an individual experience of union as well as a communal experience of the state of yoga. Come and learn the origin, pronunciation, and meaning of an ancient mantra and chant with your community!
