Journey Through Breath + Intentional Ecstatic Dance with Roberta Shalifoe

Please join us and take part in the journey through breath and intentional ecstatic dance workshop where we will be learning about the energy centers and the role they play in our biology, as well the techniques of how to do the breath with intention, and all of the profound benefits breathwork promotes to our overall physical, psychological, and energetic well being. Roberta will guide us in a 35 minute breath session/meditation. We will end our journey with intentional ecstatic dancing.
