Full Moon Sound Bath + Ear Acupuncture

An opportunity to drop down into the deepest place of rest where the body heals and the mind relaxes. A self-care practice intended to boost the immune system and allow for an energetic and emotional reset. Recipients will rest supported, relax and receive a sound bath. Additional ear acupuncture and will be offered individually. This special event is a collaboration with Amanda Borghi, facilitating sound bath and Tiffany Lenau, offering individual ear acupuncture.  

Amanda M Borghi is a Certified Sound Healing Facilitator, Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and holds a masters in Management and Strategic Leadership.  Her mission is to create uniquely customized spaces and experiences where participants can experience ease within their mind, body and spirit.  She aims to inspire people to witness their inherent ability to heal, cultivate a sense of wellbeing and inspire self-care rituals in their day-to-day lives.  She believes we should all celebrate our wild, unique and well selves.  Amanda is based at the Inn at Bay Harbor.  In her free time she enjoys stomping around the woods with the world's best dog, Poe.   @InherentSound  

Tiffany Lenau is a practicing Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and Integrated Positional Therapist. She has developed a one-on-one healing practice which includes personalized yoga instruction, energy-work, body-work, ear acupuncture and sound healing. In these sessions clients discover a better understanding of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing process. Balance, clarity, connection and peacefulness describe the holistic experience.
