Full Moon Gathering

Revel in the power of the full moon with like minded women as we learn about its astrological position and how we can better align with it to support our wellbeing.

We’ll move through a guided yoga flow (suitable for all experience levels and limitations -including pregnancy!)

Then have the opportunity to drink herbs, indulge in sweets and fruits, journal our dreams, goals, and intentions, and have the option to share and connect with our new best friends and supporters.
