Cacao Ceremony + Movement Journey

Join Hilary and August in this nourishing heart centered journey to re-member your truth through your own body and soul in community. We will honor the energy of the season and welcome cacao to support us in tending and expressing ourselves through whatever is present for us. We begin in an intentional circle with ceremonial cacao, an ancient plant medicine that opens the heart and expands consciousness. Ceremonial cacao is served as a warm beverage, and is a gentle healing ally. After being with the cacao in meditation, participants are invited into a movement journey to feel, flow and express their bodies with the elements as we honor the wholeness of our experiences.

There will be an opening circle and guidance throughout the evening to cultivate a conscious, nourishing, supportive space for inner exploration and safe connection with others as well as a closing circle. Please plan to attend for the full two and a half hours if possible. We will close the doors at 4:10pm to begin the ceremony. You're welcome to arrive a few minutes early to get settled into the space and your body. Bring whatever will help you to feel comfortable: plenty of water and a journal are highly recommended.
